I have subscribed to this list to learn about internet sources for youth-related
services, as well as find out what schools and libraries around the country are
doing
to help latchkey children in their communities (how statistics are kept, types
of
programs being developed, internet URLs recommended for different-aged children
and young adults, etc.). We could then use these tools or recommenda-
tions to help parents (or home schoolers) use internet in a curriculum-rich
manner.
