Hi Dan,
Thank you so much for the information. I will be sure to look up the
website. Have a great and safe 4th of July!
It is so great to be connected with others you care about our youth.

I am a new subscriber myself and I read your email regardign ice
breakers
and teambuilding exercises for training. I am the Child Care Director at
the
Albany YMCA, and I have worked in child care for a number of years. One of
the great teambuilding games that we do at trainings and with the children
in
our programs is from a curriculum called Project Adventure (PA Games). PA
Games is a program developed specifically for team building of groups with
varying abilities and enthusiasm. Their website is www.pa.org I'm not
sure
if they have ideas posted on their website or if you will have to email for
some game descriptions, but I can tell you that there are staff members
here
that attend training primarily for the PA Games they will learn and be able
to bring back to the children at their sites. Again this is a great
program
in general but makes for a wonderful team building and ice breaker exercise
for staff trainings.
