Introduction

Hello -
Here's is my official introduction.  My name is Cathy Wolf and I am the
program manager for the Arizona Neighborhood Networks Partnership.  We are
working to set up computer learning centers in the privately owned HUD
apartment sites in AZ.  A good portion of our work in with youth, both
after-school and now during the summer program.  A good deal of my previous
work experiences are with youth as well.  We currently are working in 7
sites. We are always looking for new ways of involving youth in the education
process and ways to improve our programs.

I am also one of the "founders" of a new program for youth. "The ArtTECH
Youth and Communities Project (ArtTECH) seeks to explore literacy, community
building and youth development through the use of the arts and computer
technology. ArtTECH participants will create projects in a variety of ways,
with an emphasis on visual art, computer graphics & multimedia, and the
Internet". This program will pilot beginning next week in 3 sites, Phoenix
AZ, Miami FL and Dorchester MA.  I'll keep you all updated as it develops.
