At www.tutormentorconnection.org I've created links to a variety of Digital Divide groups around the country, with a few from other countries.
One link you might want to look at is to a group in India which has set up an on-line HTML training program to help local villagers create web sites to tell the history and preserve the culture of those villagers.
I've looked briefly at the way the lessons are presented and they seem to be very simple to follow. I emailed this group and asked if we in America could draw from their lesson plans and they were eager to share.
