greetings list,

i am a second year public policy student at georgetown university.  each =
student is required to write a practicum (thesis) prior to graduation.  at =
the moment, i am torn between:

the impact of community technology centers in bridging the digital =
divide=20

and=20

the outcomes produced by educational technology.

what might sway my decision is the availability of datasets regarding each =
topic.  if anyone knows of available datasets for either topic, or has any =
idea where i might find such data, please forward that information to me.  =
i would greatly appreciate it.
