Executive Assistant
<p>We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, extremely organized,=20
career executive assistant to support our executive director. Must possess=20
strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and be able to=20
work under pressure. Ideal candidate is proficient in MS Word, Excel,=20
database systems and has professional telephone and people skills. A 2 or=20
4-year degree is required and/or a minimum of 3 years experience.

Program Assistant
The candidate will supervise high school students in Anacostia during=20
academic and cultural instruction. Recruit, interview and train volunteers=
,=20
and assist in the day-to-day operations of the program.
A genuine desire and interest in motivating young people is essential. A=20
BA/BS in education, psychology and/or 1-2 years of experience in youth or=20
community development or related experience along with excellent oral and=20
written communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are required.
