Just wanted everyone to know that it's not too late to have your
organization listed in a new website created by e-GM (the electronic
division of GM) that will connect people and companies with technology
resources to your organization.
Just click on the survey link at http://www.thinkdetroit.org
to join. We recently made the link simpler to access regardless of your
browser, with apologies for any inconveniences.
I also want to assure folks that e-GM's interest is to use technology in =
a
way that makes a difference. They have made a substantial three-year
investment in Think Detroit's model of using sports and technology to
network neighborhoods. Please read the following article if you are
interested in more information about e-GM:
http://www.salon.com/business/feature/2000/06/06/gmmakeover/index.html
I think you'll find this upcoming website a good chance to publicize =
your
organization's needs. It will only take a few minutes to join, and we =
need
your information within the next week or so to have it included in the
launch.
Please call Sonja Hardy at 313 833 1600 or e-mail her at
shardy at thinkdetroit.org if you have any questions.
Mike
