Distance Learning Job Description

Hey folks,

A friend of mine is designing a Distance Learning infrastructure for the
educational system in Ghana, West Africa.  He is  looking for samples of
job descriptions for a Director of Distance Learning or the equivalent
(i.e. the person who coordinates and manages the whole
infrastructure/program).  Do any of you have such an example, or know where
I could find it?
