Listen Up!, a national network of youth media organizations, seeks a dynamic,
well-organized outreach coordinator for full time position. Work with a small, yet
dedicated team who is committed to hearing a youth voice in the mass media.  Must
have excellent oral and written skills and an ability to work under strict
deadlines.  Experience in youth programs preferred as is a knowledge of media
production.  Salary based on experience.  Submit resume and cover letter by Jan 31

Listen Up! Outreach Coordinator

Description
The Outreach Coordinator supports and broadens the Listen Up! network of youth
media organizations.

Responsibilities include:
1. Promotion of Listen Up!:  the campaign, network and web site
2. Find and quantify existing youth media projects and producers
3. Write and gather information for online newsletter
4. Expand and maintain a youth media database
5. Organize and quantify a library of video and audio cassettes
6. Digitize and prepare video and audio submissions for the web
7. Assist in distribution of a youth-produced public service campaign
