QUESTION: Community Center

[Elizabeth Wicklund]

I am interested in any information that any of you can provide regarding =
starting a Community Center in a rural area.  The township has 1 school =
district with approximately 1600 students.  I am interested in knowing =
how any similar centers got started and what services/programs are =
offered out of the center.  Also information on funding would be =
appreciated.  Please respond to my email directly.  Thank you in advance =
