Discussion groups

Hi, folks, I'd like to see Afterschool, YouthLearn, and
other discussion groups set up a connection on their web
page so we can participate in discussions there, and not
have them coming directly to our e-mail.  We can choose a
topic that we're interested in, and either have those
messages sent directly to us, or receive a "heads-up" to
check the discussion group on a regular basis. i know this
is done elsewhere, and will send an example as soon as I can
research it.
