LIMITED NUMBER OF SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE YOUTH AS DECISION-MAKERS FORUM AT
THE NSLC!
Join Jackie Waldman, author of Teens with the Courage to Give, along
with approximately 200 young people and their allies at the Youth as
Decision-Makers Forum at the National Service Learning Conference in
Denver, Colorado, April 3rd and 4th. Young people will be leading
capacity building sessions while learning from speakers and workshop
presenters like Ms. Waldman. A parallel project of the National Youth
Advisory Council of Youth Service America is the publication of a
directory and resource guide of youth as decision-makers. To receive
one free registration to the forum, complete a survey, which can be
found it online at www.SERVEnet.org, and return it to YSA. The first
fifty groups to do so will receive a voucher for a free youth
registration. If you would like to register for the Youth as
Decision-Makers Forum or the National Service Learning Conference go to
