There is a wonderful literay publication called, "Speak Up."  Speak Up is
an annual teen art and literay journal featuring the fiction, non-fiction,
poetry, plays, photography and artwork of young people 13-19 years old
from across the country and around the world.  Their website is
www.speakuppress.org

All teens are encouraged to submit original work.  Written work is
accepted by regular mail, fax, or e-mail.  Send copies ir slides of any
artowrk by regular mail only.  The annual deadline for submissions is
September 30th. =20
