Business Plan

Myself and others have asked the question about the development of a
business plan. Several people have sent responses back to lead us to
different web sites. I am looking for specific examples from non-profit
youth serving organizations. Am I and others to believe that there are no
youth serving organizations that have business plans. That would be a major
concern if that is the case. Seems to me, that would mean that
organizations may not have clear visions and goals for the future. Is that
the case?
