Business Plan

Some people may say business plan or strategic plan...I am looking for a
document that focuses on the future of the organization. A plan that has a
vision and mission statement, marketing plan, funding plan, organizational
structure, and budget. It may or may not have all these components but this
is the what I am looking for. I want to start off right when I begin my
non-profit business. I just want to see how good organizations are
structured. I know how to do the work but I also want to have something in
writing that I can always focus in on and I want to see how others are doing
it. I hope this explains what I am looking for. You can respond to the
listserv or directly to me. If you have specific examples, please send them
to the listserv. There are a lot of people who would want this information.
