Business Plan

Some people say business plan is the wrong word in talking with non-profit
organizations.  How about vision plan, strategic plan, or long range plan.
I a looking for someone who has a plan that they use as a guide for the
organization to reach a long term goal.  A plan with specific objects to be
achieved.
