(Best.Practices) Business Plan

Hello,

I think that the absence of a "business plan" does not mean that
organizations have
no clear vision or goals for the future.  Every non-profit organization I
have ever worked with
has goals and mission statements, and strategic plans which are updated
at least every five years.  Visions, goals, and methods of accomplishing
those are contained
in those documents. =20
