Hi David --

I'm sorry it's taken me awhile to get back to you.

I learned about Street Level Youth Media because the Morino Institute just
completed an online discussion forum on the digital divide and economic
opportunities for low-income communities. Here is the URL. There were some
other groups mentioned as well, and if you go to the resources page, there
are links to all of them.
