Refurbish Computers

Lila,
With the right people (technical skills, attitude, and cultural =
competency) consider implementing a program to involve and train your =
constituents to recondition the computers themselves. Reward persons =
who successfully complete the training with their own computer. I was =
part of program that did this successfully with at-risk middle =
schoolers.
