In our area we have a company called CompRenew they clean-up, clear hard
drives and load software for a fee of $25.00 each. I had 50 pentiumn class
computers donated and we will be taking them in to get them user ready. I
applyed for a digital divide grant from Ameritech and received enough money
to have each computer renewed. Good luck
