The Conservation Company just issued a terrific pamphlet, "Building to
Last, a Grantmaker's Guide to Strengthening Nonprofit Organizations" wh=
ich
has a very clear definition of capacity building. There is also an
extensive bibliography on the subject. www.consco.com

Has anyone got or seen a recent definition of "Capacity Building." I
recently read an article about the changes in the definition, but now, =
I
can't find it.
