My colleague Mitch Arnowitz sent this article to the discussion group he
moderates with such skill. I thought you might want to see the article
too...

It's called "The Attack on America: How Do We Cope at Work?" and is written
by Stephen Johnson, the director of corporate communications for an
organization called HireStrategy. Johnson is also an ordained minister,
trained hospital chaplain, and grief counselor. On Tuesday, he provided
chaplaincy services at Alexandria Hospital, where victims from the crash at
the Pentagon were taken; at Dulles Airport, where family members of those
who died in the crash at the Pentagon were gathered; and at the Pentagon
crash site itself.

Many of us are looking for ways to help. The following list is being
circulated by Yahoo Internet Life and came to me through the Davenetics
listserv.

NY Red Cross

Amazon Red Cross Page
Here you can use your one-click settings to make a donation between $1 and
$100.

Cross.

<p>**********************

And one unfortunate cautionary note. We received the following notice:
"There have been reports in recent days of e-mail spammers sending out calls
for assistance for 'emergency relief funds' and directing recipients to
contribute money to the Red Cross through the spammers' Web sites. These
spammers may be trying to steal money and credit card numbers." Just to be
safe, please use the well-known sites (like the ones above).

Best to you,
Pam
