Join the National Crime Prevention Council and the National Campaign
Against Youth Violence in a major march and rally for youth who are making
a difference in America on Tuesday, February 19, 2002. Based in the
Nation's
Capital, this will be the first cross-organization, youth generated event
since the September 11 terrorist attack. It will showcase how youth are
promoting tolerance and building communities across the nation; invite
other young people to get involved in a positive and demonstrative way; and
encourage adults to continue their support for our country's next
generation.
This is an opportunity for your youth-serving organization to make a stand
with us, bringing national attention to youth agencies and youth issues.
Join more than 15 national youth serving agencies and 2,500 youth in this
march from the Crystal Gateway Marriott to the atrium of the Pentagon City
Mall.
Time:
