Keynote Speaker

I am chairing the 2002 Virginia Recreation and Parks Society Conference.
We are seeking names for a keynote speaker.  We are looking for someone
that is energetic and someone that will keep the attention of the audience
and
educate them.  Our focus is on community development/partnerships.  And of
course, cost is a factor.   Does anyone have any suggestions?
