Technology assessments

I am a technology educator with a non-profit organization and we are in the
process of revamping our competencies. I am interested in information from
others who have competencies that gauge basic technology progress of
students ages 5-18 (breakdowns - 5-8, 9-12, 13-18). We are looking at
competencies and/or assessments.

If there is any information in this area, it would be greatly appreciated.
