Victoria,
I suggest looking at Youth Services.net. They have a program-friendly
web-based approach designed to track program attendance and many other
pieces of information that are helpful in managing a program. Currently
they are being used by the State of New Jersey, Washington D.C.'s Children
and Youth Investment Trust, the City of San Francisco and the Children's
Aid Society in New York City. New York State is in the process of reviewing
them for potential use in our Advantage Afterschool funding program. They
have a proto-type on the web you can check out. Contact Claireann Grimaldi
with CitySpan Technologies for the details.
