Mary Ann,

My name is Andrew Spieler, I'm the coordinator of the new Community
Technology Center of Long Beach in Long Beach New York.

The issue of Internet usage guidelines has been a subject that my Project
Manager, colleagues and myself been "tackling" recently. It not an easy
task when determining what is considered reasonable as it applies to
internet usage.

I'm more then happy to assist you or anybody else in the YL group
