Hi -- what a great list this is! I asked about tracking systems to track
attendance and other information about your after school programs, and I
got so many great responses! I've compiled all the answers below. Many of
you recommended a program called Kid Trax, and many people build their own,
custom systems. I found a couple other possibilities in my research too:
Community TechKnowledge

Foothold Technology

If anyone else has suggestions or feedback, please pass them along.
Thanks again,
Victoria

The Washington DC Children and Youth Investment Trust Fund Corporation is
currently developing a city-wide tracking system to track attendance and
other data on participants in after school programs. All grant recipients
of the Trust are required to use the city-wide tracking system. For more
information I suggest contacting Keith Watson, Deputy Director of
Operations (kwatson at cyitc.org). Hope this helps.
