Kathy,

I actually developed a form that contains Internet, Printing, E Mail and
conduct guidelines in the lab. All students must sign it including their
parents if under age. Please contact me if you need assistance.

Andy

Dear Andrew:

At a staff meeting today, we were just discussing this issue. Do you have
a stated policy that you post in your computer lab? If so, would you mind
sharing? We have some elements of a policy that we know we want (such as
no pornographic or violent material and no chat rooms) but are trying to
formalize a comprehensive policy.

Thanks for any info. you can provide,
