Good question!

We have lab Aides that observe for compliance.

Filtering software, and management software that can view what sites the
students are accessing.  Additionally, we are using a software that
automatically cleans the computer to its original image after a reboot.
This preserves the integrity of the system, plus other reasons including
but not limited to removing History, Favorites, Cookies, etc.
