I have just stumbled upon a new (May 2002) Cable in the
Classroom-commissioned report by James Marshall PhD, a professor at San
Diego State. It's called "Learning With Technology: Evidence that
Technology Can, and Does, Support Learning". Download it at
http://www.ciconline.org/uploads/CIC_REPORT.pdf. I'd be interested in
different perspectives on this. CKS
