I would also like to recommend Children's Software Review. They do an
excellent job of rating programs from both a home and educational
viewpoint.

Also, Technology and Learning magazine has a lot of helpful reviews and
articles, as well as a grants section. The magazine is free to educators.
They also put together national conferences for educators which is another
good way to network ideas and successes.
