Hi everyone --

A colleague of mine is looking for software that reinforce good
decision-making skills and the consequences that occur as a result of
decisions. She's looking for software that's appropriate for upper
elementary and middle-school students. Do you have any recommendations?

Here are some of the packages she's heard about and wonders if anyone has
used them:

1. "Choices, Choices"
By Tom Snyder Productions (www.tomsnyder.com). Apaprently there are three
different CD's:  Kids & the Environment (grades 2-6), On the Playground
(Grades K-4), and Taking Responsibility (Grades K-4).

2. "The Following Directions Series"
By Laureate Learning (www.LaureateLearning.com) and written by Dr. Eleanor
Semel.  It is supposed help with listening skills and participation skills.

<p>3. "Count On Me: The Learning Responsibility Game"
A board game by Sunburst.

In addition to decision-making skills, a sub-goal of whatever is selected
would be to improve reading skills, as well as both written and oral
expression.

Any comments you can provide are greatly appreciated!
