Director of Programs

Adelante Youth Center in Lawrence is seeking a creative, committed, and
self-starting individual with a strong background in education to supervise
all youth development programs and program staff.  Responsibilities
include: directing and developing youth-centered academic enrichment
programs as well as directing the Career Directions program.

Masters preferred, in Education or relevant field, with 3 years
teaching/youth work experience.  Bilingual Preferred: English/Spanish.
Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 10:30am-6:30pm, full year.  Competitive Salary and
benefits.
