Conflict resolution software - found!

Thanks to the information all of you provided, I found the exact conflict
resolution software I was looking for!  It is called "Relate for Teens" and
can be found here:
http://www.rippleeffects.com/education/software/teens.html .  It looks like
it can be pretty spendy for a small school, but they do offer a 30-day free
trial to make sure that it is the right fit.
