Coincidentally, I just so happened to be looking at the site PPAS earlier
in today and found the National Center for Community Education site. They
have a Free Online Course for running an effective 21st Century Community
Learning Center Afterschool Program. I was wondering if anyone else had
taken a look at this resource and if so what did you think?
