request for a reviewer

I have been lurking on this list for a very long time, but this is my 
first posting.  I also realize that probably most of the people on this 
list are not involved with incarcerated youth, but just in case you are or 
know someone who might be willing to respond, please pass the message on 
to that person.  Thanks.

The National Center for ESL Literacy Education is in the process of 
writing an ERIC Digest on ESL for Incarcerated Youth.  We are looking for 
one or two people to review and respond to the content of the draft. We 
want to make sure that the content is accurate and of value to educators. 
We can not compensate them for the review, but reviewers will have our 
heartfelt thanks.=20
 
It generally takes about 1 hour to review a digest.  There is a 2-page 
evaluation form to fill out.  If anyone is interested in reviewing the 
digest, please contact my colleague, Donna Moss at the email or telephone
