Jayson,
Have you checked into RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program; 
www.seniorcorps.org/joining/rsvp/) or SCORE (Service Corps of Retired 
Executives; www.score.org/) for some information or assistance?  I don't 
know if your organization would qualify but you might also want to look 
into the Americorps Volunteer program.  Working with a volunteer-driven 
staff is no easy walk in the park.  Make sure you baby them and give them 
lots of love and attention, not to mention personally meaningful jobs to 
do.  Be sure to give yourself adequate time to train them. Training time 
spent upfront will save you a lot of headaches later.
