Best Practices other than Project/Inquiry Based?

I wasn't sure what the question was, but if your looking for teaching 
practices that have a different type of grading or efficiency measurement, 
try the Waldorf Schools developed by Rudolf Steiner.  I haven't looked 
them up in years by I am sure they are on the web.  Is this what you are
