CIRCLE research grants on youth civic engagement

CIRCLE is pleased to announce THREE new grant competitions for research on
the civic engagement of young Americans. The three RFPs and application
guidelines can be found at

We encourage you to visit our Web site for complete details, as our
granting policies have changed. In particular, please note that the
deadline for submitting MANDATORY letters of inquiry is **September 19,
2003**.
