Have you tried this,

Perhaps you have already known about this source... (www.Flash.com)

It is listed as a help reference in the flash "Help". Also there is place 
where you can view some Pre-made "Flash stickdeath movies... rather 
violent but usefull for looking at some of the techniques used to acheive 
an extensive  muilimedia display.
