If you are connected to the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, they have
several digital arts and photography contests. The 4-H also has a
national photography contest I think.

Boys & Girls Clubs of America has a great national photography contest and
exhibition program called ImageMakers. They have juried exhibitions on
local, regional and national levels with awards, etc.
The way at that one would be to partner with your local Club. Check
www.bgca.org to find local Club or for information on ImageMakers.
