First you need to develop a business plan.  Although you are a potential 
nonprofit you still need to run your nonprofit like a business that would 
enable you to get students that can afford to pay for your services and 
that would help your administrative overhead costs. 

A website address for a business plan is:  www.sba.gov  Click on the
