Jane, this sounds like a great opportunity.  Your persistence has paid 
off.  I hope you'll give us a quick report back on what you find.

As part of the America Connects Consortium field grants program, a center 
in DC developed a wonderful curriculum for "Teaching Teens to Teach." 
Since you are using teens and college students as instructors, you may 
want to take a look.  It's on our web site, at:

Caution:  the video is a very large file.  We are working on a compression 
scheme, but it's around 100 MB now.
