Patricia-This is another reinforcement as to what I mentioned earlier and 
to what Linda Gray advised.  The Small Business Administration has 
counseling both in the office and on line for starting up businesses. 
www.score.org. There are generally workshops by the SBA-Small Business 
Administration, publications and other resources in the office.  Check 
with colleges for seminars or classes on writing a business plan.  There 
is also computer software to develop plans.
