information please: expand use of tech center for youth

I have just discovered Youthlearn.  I work with youth services programs 
and am currently working only with WIA funding.  We did at one time have 
HUD funds and operated a Youthbuild program.  We are wanting to develop 
and expand the use of a technology center for youth but are limited with 
WIA funds.  Anyone in the network have experience with such or any ideas??
