I strongly endorse a group that we've worked with, called "Work, 
Achievement, Values & Education" or WAVE. Their website is www.waveinc.org 
(I think) and the person I've spoken with most often is J. Allen Tyler. 
They have a curriculum based on years of work as a Job Corps service 
provider and are very interested in capacity-building for youth 
professionals.
