I am from Northern Illinois University and in partnership with the YMCA we 
are developing an online program that I believe will meet the needs you 
described.

Please note the last 5 chapters will not be released for another month and 
there are a few tools still under construction but you should be able to 
get a good feel for the modules with what is available.
