<p>     BOSTON'S AFTER-SCHOOL FOR ALL PARTNERSHIP'S SCHOOL SITES INITIATIVE 
AND BOSTON COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTERS
  
The Partnership's School Sites Initiative has again collaborated with 
Boston Community Learning Centers to offer out-of-school time programs the 
option to apply for one or both funding opportunities by submitting one 
application. 
  
The Boston Community Learning Centers Initiative (BCLC) provides funding 
to establish or expand school- or community-based centers that coordinate 
out-of-school time programs for students and families. The School Sites 
Initiative (SSI) of Boston's After-School for All Partnership 
(Partnership) provides expansion funding for quality school-based 
after-school programs.  BCLC and/or SSI Applications due 4 p.m., Friday, 
March 19, 2004 to Boston Centers for Youth & Families, 1483 Tremont 
Street, Boston, 02120.

<p>     HARVARD AFTER SCHOOL INITIATIVE (HASI)
Summer Programming, 2004:  HASI seeks to support programs that operate 
during the summer, either as a component of a year-round program or as a 
stand-alone summer program.  Summer Programming grant awards will range 
between $5,000 and $15,000.

Completed applications for Summer Grants must be submitted by 4 p.m., 
Thursday, April 1, 2004 to Harvard's Office of Community Affairs, 77 
Brattle Street, Cambridge, MA 02138.  Late applications will not be 
accepted.  Grant decisions will be announced in early May.

Bidders Conference
HASI will host a Bidders Conference on Thursday, March 11, 2004 at 9:30 
a.m. in the Williams Room of the Spangler Center at the Harvard Business 
School in Allston. Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend this 
session.  All grant writing/development and program staff members are 
welcome to attend.  See the attached flyer for more details.
