Peter--

Zena <zjzahran at hotmail.com> & Paul <pfoldes at eidmgt.com> both recommended
http://www.VolunteerMatch.org. In addition, the youthlearn archives
brought up http://www.serviceleader.org/new/virtual/ which has information
on implementing virtual volunteering programs. Not sure how helpful it'll
be for you though, because most of it is geared towards organizations
which are interested in receiving volunteers -- not matching them... but
I thought I'd mention it anyhow. :)

From: "Zena Zahran" <zjzahran at hotmail.com>: VolunteerMatch.com -- good
luck in your search!!!
